  • Can I supply my own food? We would always prefer you to bring your own pet food, this helps ensure your pet has a healthy happy stay  however, we can supply food at an additional cost!
  • Can we use our own bed / bedding? We strongly encourage owners to bring any bed, bedding or favoroute toys during your pets stay with us as the familiarity of the items and smells will help your pet feel more at home.
  • What happens if my pet becomes ill during its stay? All care is taken to prevent your pet from becoming ill, all suites are cleaned regularly and disinfected between the coming and going of different guests. In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill or other such emergency we will contact you, or any other nominated contacts. Where possible we will take your pet to your local veterinary practitioner, however we also have an excellent local veterinary practice who are available 24 hours a day. All pets are insured with Pet Plan while they are under our care!
  • Is this a secure facility? As well as Kennels, Cattery and Livery this is also our family home so you can rest assured that there is someone on site 24 hours a day. There is also security lighting throughout the grounds along with security cameras.
  • Will my pet be exercised? We currently have 4 secure playareas offering plenty of space and freedom for your pet to burn off lots of energy. This includes an agilty park, ballpools and sandpits all of which are carefully designed to keep your pets happy and entertained. We also have miles of picturesque riverside walks for those pets that prefer the more refined things in life.
  • Does my pet need to have its vaccinations? We have a strict policy that all vaccinations & Kennel Cough are up to date including any worming, flea and tick treatment. Your pet will only be allowed to stay once we have seen your pets vaccination card.
  • How much does it cost? Please refer to our pricing section here!
  • Are you open during Christmas and New Year? Although we are open 365 days a year for our boarding services, we are not open for check-in or collection during the festive season, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, Boxing day & 31st December - 2nd January!
  • Behavioural Issues! Please make us aware before your pets stay, of any behavioural issues. If your pet is destructive during its stay and damage is caused we may charge this back to you, the owner. 
  • Booking confirmation ! Please note that changes to your booking must be notified 21 days prior the dates stated on the Booking form. If changes are made within 21 days of the dates stated on the booking form we reserve the right to charge you in full.
